What you need to know when coming to class

We have two bathrooms, one in the lobby and one in the yoga room. There is one shower in the lobby bathroom.
Find class pack options at our store under ‘Purchase Classes’
We have towels and mats to rent.
Arrive 15 minutes early.
We open our doors 20 minutes before class and close 20 minutes after.
Class starts at the time listed. We will lock the doors to ensure the safety of our students and our belongings.
You have until one hour before class to cancel. If you no show, or late cancel you will either lose your class or, if you have an unlimited membership you will be charged $10
We cannot accommodate students that are late.
If you are signed up for class and are not there at the exact starting time we will give your spot to someone on the waitlist. Meaning if class starts at 9:00 and you aren’t there we will let a waitlisted take your place at 9:01.
These rules ensure we have integrity with our stop and stop time.

Our Origin

Dirty Laundry is a woman owned business! The owner, Lauren Roberts’ mission was to build a transformative hot yoga studio. She wanted a space where like minded “heat junkies” could ring out the sweat and be challenged. Now, with a tribe of talented instructors we can offer a safe, heated space to grow. At Dirty Laundry Hot Yoga, we sought to craft a space unlike any other in town – one that pushes boundaries, yet is rooted in acceptance and inclusivity.

Our Philosophy

Our name, "Dirty Laundry," isn't just fun, it symbolizes the baggage we all carry with us, not to mention the amount of dirty laundry, just one class makes! Here, in the sanctuary of our studio, we encourage you to air out your dirty laundry. As you sweat, cleanse, and push your limits, consider each droplet a release of the day's stresses, worries, and anxieties. Come, sweat it out with us!

It's okay to be raw here. It's okay to be unfiltered. Whether you're looking to maintain your current pace or elevate to the next level, we have a class tailored just for you. We celebrate every individual who walks through our doors, recognizing that we all have our stories, our challenges, and our dreams.
