Whether you're exploring hot yoga for the first time or seeking an intense practice, we've got you. We will push those ready to be pushed. Our classes and events are designed to empower and unite, making Dirty Laundry the place where you truly belong. Ready for a transformation? We are here for it! Oh and we love newbies! What you need to know when coming to class

Our Studio:

  • Late/No Show Policy: You have until one hour before class to cancel. If you no show, or late cancel you will either lose your class or, if you have an unlimited membership you will be charged $10. We cannot accommodate students that are late.

  • Bathrooms +Showers: We have two bathrooms, one in the lobby and one in the yoga room. There is one shower in the lobby bathroom.

  • Rentals: We have towels and mats to rent.

  • Class Packs: Find class pack options at our store under Purchase Classes

  • Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early.

  • Door Policy: We open our doors 20 minutes before class and close 20 minutes after. Class starts promptly at the time listed. We will lock the doors to ensure the safety of our students and our belongings.

  • Waitlist: If you are signed up for class and are not there at the exact starting time we will give your spot to someone on the waitlist. Meaning if class starts at 9:00 and you aren’t there we will let a waitlisted take your place at 9:01. These rules ensure we have integrity with our stop and stop time

Tips for Hot Yoga:

  • Hydration is Key: Begin hydrating well before class. Arriving well-hydrated ensures you can handle the heat and maintain energy throughout.

  • Towels: Given the dynamic nature of Hot Flow+ and the heat, bring a large towel for your mat and a smaller one for personal use. This helps with grip and managing sweat.

  • Appropriate Clothing: Wear light, moisture-wicking attire. Opt for clothes that allow easy movement and help you stay as cool as possible.

  • Mindset: Approach this class with an open heart and a ready mind. This class offers a vibrant experience; being mentally prepared allows for a deeper, more connected practice.

  • Arrival Time: Especially if you're new to hot yoga, try to arrive a bit early. This gives you a moment to acclimate to the room's temperature.

  • Tempuratures vary 100-115 degrees, 30-40% humidity depending on the teacher.

    A dynamic and challenging Vinyasa class, Power Hot Flow incorporates traditional Viinyasa flow elements along with strength drills and opportunities for arm balances. Power Flow is an energetic an upbeat class that flows at a faster pace – breath to movement.  Teachers provide instruction that assists students in creating additional challenge as well as making yoga poses more accessible for all levels.

  • Tempuratures vary: 90-105 and 30-40% humidity depending on the teacher.

    Slow Flow is a vinyasa style class that offers a slightly slower pace of movement. Teachers offer detailed instruction regarding alignment while the challenging slow movements and holds offer an opportunity for building strength and stamina.  Hot Slow Flow equally combines balance, strength, and flexibility. This is an all-levels class.

  • Temperatures around 98 degrees, heated by infrared only.

    Our power flow—just not as hot! A dynamic and challenging Vinyasa class, this flow incorporates traditional Vinyasa flow elements along with strength drills and opportunities for arm balances. This flow is an energetic an upbeat class that flows at a faster pace – breath to movement.  Teachers provide instruction that assists students in creating additional challenge as well as making yoga poses more accessible for all levels

  • Tempuratures vary with instructor however 105 degrees and 40% humidity will be the baselin

    The 26 and 2 series, also known as Bikram Method Yoga, is a series of 26 yoga poses and two breathing exercises. Unlike Vinyasa classes which flow poses together, this therapeutic series offers the opportunity to stand still in between poses and create optimal alignment. This series remains the same from class to class and does not utilize props or alternate poses. This class is conducted in the hot room without music. Beginners are welcome. This is an all levels class. We offer a 60 minute and 90 minute class. 

  • Tempurature vary from 106-115 with around 40% humidity

    Combining the best of both worlds, Hot Fusion is a set sequence which combines many of the poses you will find in a 26 and 2 class, as well as some Vinyasa flows. This is an upbeat, fun class set to energizing music.  Beginners are welcome. This is an all levels class.Item description

    Combining the long holds of a traditional Yin class with active therapeutic techniques, Dynamic Yin is the perfect way to work through tight and stiff areas of the body. Various props are utilized including bolsters, foam rollers, yoga straps, and therapy balls. The instructional style, heat and music vary greatly from teacher to teacher, so take a variety of classes to see which teaching style aligns most with your needs.Item description

    (NOT YOGA) Discover your inner strength with our Quick n' Dirty Hot Sculpt Class designed exclusively for people who are ready to shatter boundaries. This is an audacious full-body workout, utilizing a fusion of techniques to challenge, invigorate, and empower. We use weights, props and cardio to achieve a full body workout. Set to a raw and explicit soundtrack, this class invites those bold enough to defy limits. It's crafted for those who love a good, sweaty and empowering workout. This is a fast-paced workout, however we encourage you to go at your own pace and modify as much as needed.  

    Each class varies with the teacher, so we recommend you try them all!

This unique fusion of Pilates, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and strength workouts is not only a fitness journey but a rhythmic celebration set to a vibrant, fun playlist. Tailored for those who love a challenging and ever-changing workout routine, this class is a full-body adventure in strength and stamina.
