With a clear vision to build a community of heat junkies that encourages individuality and authenticity, the heated studio offers multiple modalities which challenge your body and mind.

Our Commitment
At Dirty Laundry Hot Yoga, all levels are welcome! It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned yogi or someone taking their first step onto the mat. Here, we're a community. We laugh together, grow together, and support one another in every twist, turn, and asana.
From the intensity of the heat to the rhythm of breath, immerse yourself in an experience designed to rejuvenate both mind and body. Show up as you are, and if you choose, leave a little lighter, having left some of your "dirty laundry" behind.

Our Origin
Dirty Laundry is a woman owned business! The owner, Lauren Roberts’ mission was to build a non-snobby transformative hot yoga studio. She wanted a space where like minded “heat junkies” could ring out the sweat and be challenged. Now, with a tribe of talented instructors we can offer a heated space for growth and empowerment.
