The Elimination Diet Explained
Join us for an elimination diet journey starting June 29 at Dirty Laundry Hot Yoga, led by local nutrition and wellness coach Vanessa Woog. (You can also come and not participate if you are looking to gain infomation and simply plant a seed)
June 29th- We meet and gain a thoughout understanding of the Elimination Diet. (one hour)
Then, if you choose to do the diet you have two weeks to prepare. Vanessa will be offering one support call during the first week of the program. Support is very important so invite a buddy to join you.
Together, we’ll walk through the powerful protocol by Alissa Segersten and Tom Malterre, MS, CN, designed to help identify food sensitivities and reduce inflammation.
