Immersive Specialization Format (Every Other Weekend)

Instead of the standard weekly split, your 60-hour specialization becomes deep-dive weekends.

Structure:

  • Every other weekend

  • 6-8-hour sessions 

We are excited to introduce our Summer 2026 Yoga Teacher Training, a personalized journey designed to meet you where you are and take you deeper.

This training offers three focused pathways: Vinyasa, Sculpt (Quick n’ Dirty), or 26 & 2, allowing you to refine your practice and teaching within a specific modality.

Each specialization requires a minimum of 3 trainees to run. For 26&2 you have to memorize the dialogue before your 60 hours. Learn more →

This program is not just for those who want to teach. Many students join to deepen their practice, build confidence, and expand their understanding of movement, anatomy, and self.

Program Overview:

  • Duration: 14 weeks (3.5 months)

  • Start Date: End of May 2026

  • End Date: September 2026

  • Schedule: Two weekday evenings (3 hours each) + one weekend day (4 hours)

    • Weekday selection (subject to change depending on availability)

    • This is a flexible framework to support real-life schedules

Training Breakdown:

    • 140 Hours – Foundations (with Missy):
      Build your base in yoga, anatomy, cueing, sequencing, and teaching methodology

    • 60 Hours – Specialization (your choice):

      • Vinyasa with Lauren + Alexandra

      • Sculpt (Quick n’ Dirty) with Alex V

      • 26 & 2 with Missy (minimum enrollment required)

    Investment: $3,800

    Specialization-Only Option (60 Hours – $1,200):
    For students who have already completed a 200-hour training, or those looking to specialize:

    • You may enroll in Vinyasa or Sculpt only as a standalone 60-hour training

    • For 26&2 you have to enroll in the whole 200 Hr Training.

    • You must have a strong foundational understanding of anatomy and exercise, as you will be joining trainees who have completed the 140-hour foundation

    • If you choose this path and go on to teach, you will be certified within that modality only

    We are building something powerful, focused, and different. This is not a one-size-fits-all training. It is intentional, immersive, and rooted in real growth.

    A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due by May 18th to secure your spot in the training. This allows us to plan accordingly based on the number of participants and to ensure the highest-quality experience for everyone involved.
